Simon was an amazing agent to work with. Kind and professional and also definitley workin for us! He was on our side! Looking out for our best interests and willing to take the time energy and effort needed to find the property that best suited us. Extremly hard work ethic and willing to put in the time. He also was very honest in letting us know when a property was not worth it and we very much trusted his opinions because of his knowledge and expertise. He educated us every step of the way and pointed out the downfalls in every property and didnt overlook the details. He and his team went way above and beyond our expectations in helping us obtain our property. They even gave us house warming gifts once we purchased the property which was completely unnecessary and more than kind. They continued to work for us after the purchase of the house to get a new appliance when the one that was in the house when purchased did not work. He paid for our locks to be changed, our house inspection and gave us a cheque to help us get a better stove. Simon was beyond generous and we are not sure how to thank him but we will definitley be using him in the future- we wouldn't go to anyone else.

Simon did a super job on both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. Simon Hunt is simply the best in the business and his results reflect that fact.

Once again from Simon Hunt and his team we had an extremely professional service from everyone we dealt with, from all the support team in the office, to the team who came to our house to take photos, to the team that arranged viewing. The marketing of our property was magnificent the property was presented in such a professional manner, we would recommend Simon and his team in a heartbeat.

Simon knew what we needed to do to prepare the property for sale and he delivered on his promise of projected sale date and price.

This review is for our home PURCHASE - I left a separate one about selling. I cannot recommend Simon and his team enough. We were left fairly traumatized following our last home purchase due to inadequate representation and did not know if we could ever face buying a property again. We were extremely cautious and tentative with all decisions. It might sound extreme to say that Simon erased all of the negativity around real estate for us, but it is more than true. He was extremely forthright, honest, and compassionate. When viewing properties, he is quick to point out any potential issues he could foresee as he wants to ensure that everyone ends up with a property they will love. He somehow manages to make you feel as though you're his only client even though he works with a ton of clients. He is an excellent negotiator and knows the ins and outs of the current and past real estate markets. It makes no difference to him if you are looking to buy a less expensive home or a sprawling acreage - he will help anybody. He also makes arrangements for a locksmith to arrive on possession day in order to change the locks - this is done at his own expense. He has an incredible team of staff who are ALWAYS happy to help answer questions and provide guidance. We were on a buying/selling journey with them for a good 8 months and his staff was constantly guiding me through this process and taking a lot of the burden off of us. There aren't words for how highly I recommend Simon and his team. Coming from a place where we trusted almost nobody, we have renewed faith in this industry because of Simon. We are IN LOVE with our new home and couldn't be more grateful to Simon and what he has done to change our lives. It sounds dramatic, but it is the truth.
