We can not say enough about Simon and his team. They were there for us every step of the way. Simon's comparative market analysis was very extensive and helped us price our home at a fair market value. He gave us all the tools we needed to make sure our home was ready for sale. Simon had everyone needed to get our place on the market as quickly as possible. Everyone who works for and with Simon work together as a cohesive and efficient team. Whenever we had questions or needed help Simon and his team were back to us very quickly and answered all that we asked. This is not the first time we have worked with Simon. He helped one of our sons buy a home and he sold another son's home along with helping him buy a another home. We highly recommend Simon whether you or selling your home, buying a home or both. If you are looking for a highly professional team, we definitely recommend Simon and his team! On another note, we had a showings within 6 hours, an offer the next day and the new owners took possession at the end of that month.

Simon and his team did an excellent job walking us through the process of selling and then buying another home. We were given lots of options of homes to look at. His team was in constant contact and kept us in the loop all throughout the process. Even though Simon sells a lot of homes he gave us the personal touch and made us feel like we were his only customer. It was a great experience. Especially the way he and his team handled all the details that came up. The welcome basket was also another personal touch. When we buy or sell again we will definitely use Simon and his team.

This was our second time working with Simon, and our first time working with him in such a crazy market. Simon made it a priority to get us through the houses that we wanted to see in a timely manner and when the time came to make an offer, he made sure we were able to get the house of our dreams. I would recommend Simon to anyone who wants a professional, straight shooter and someone that will go to bat for you, to help you get what you want. Simon truly takes care of his clients. My husband and I would work with Simon again in a heartbeat!

The only issue that came up was that when we originally purchased the home we accepted it with an old RPR, but this time it was suggested to get it updated even though there were no real property changes to the property. The lesson learned should be that if possible the realtor should always ensure that a current and up-to-date RPR is part of any transaction, especially when acting on behalf of a buyer.
