This was our first experience selling real estate. We were left incredibly cynical and distrusting real estate professionals after our last experience with buying a house, so we very extra careful hiring a realtor this time. While Simon helped us with both buying and selling, this review pertains to our house SALE. There are no words for how INCREDBLE it was to work, not only with Simon, but his whole team. Simon is so incredibly well seasoned, knowledgeable, and transparent with 100% focus on his clients' needs. He was clear from the initial valuation as to the things we ought to address before listing the house and, no matter how long it took, he and his team were there for any help they could offer. In fact, I was frequently in email communication with his staff and they were always prompt and clarified anything I asked. Simon stays on top of all real estate trends and will help any client whether they are in the $200k range or $2M. He is here to help. You get more than you ever thought you would need through this team, and it was all invaluable. For the sale of our house, he arranged for laser measurements of every room in order to create an accurate floor plan, a professional stager come and give advice on how to make the best impression in photos and viewings, and lastly, professional photography for the listing. None of these extras cost us a penny. I recommend him and his brokerage to anybody who will listen.

Simon was awesome to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to set up showings for us as we were from out of town. He brought to our attention things that some realtors never would. He was definitely making sure the purchase that was being made was a perfect fit for my son. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone and for sure use him again if we need to.
