Shawn has been absolutely fantastic to work with, I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. We asked him to come over to value our house with no real timeline or expectation for listing right away and in a whirlwind experience ended up viewing purchasing a home and listing ours and another family members within a week. His communication is clear and informative, and he always makes himself available and responds quickly. I highly recommend Shawn not only for his work ethic but also for his commitment to bettering the communities he works in.

Our situation was pretty unique in that we were two families, selling two properties and purchasing one property. Shawn managed to stay on top of the negotiations for all three properties providing timely feedback and information to us all - even when he was receiving texts from 4 different people about different aspects of selling/purchasing the houses.
