His attention to detail from the preparation of our listing to keeping us informed on viewing results made us feel comfortable going through the whole process. The extremely high quality of his writeup and the accompanying pictures of our property quickly resulted in a number of showing within minutes of it going live and multiple offers being made within hours of the first viewing. His highly active interaction with the other agents ensured they were kept informed that offers were pending netting the multiple offers received. Having purchased and sold a number of properties over the years, Shawn Riley is by far the best agent to date. We normally do not provide public ratings, but felt in his case, it is extremely highly warranted.
