We had an amazing experience buying a home with Shawn. We had a very vague, yet very specific, idea of what we wanted; Shawn managed to help us narrow down exactly what we were looking for! Communication was awesome, he was always available to answer and provide sound advice to all of our questions and concerns and did so in a timely and thoughtful manner, we truly felt that he was on our side through this process. While on a series of viewings one morning, we viewed a home and totally fell in love with it; before we even reached the next viewing, Shawn advised that there were already multiple offers on the table on the house we loved. At this point everything started to move really quickly, which was extremely overwhelming, yet Shawn handled the (stressful for us) situation amazingly and guided us in preparing the best possible offer to put forward.
