We worked with Shawn to sell our townhouse this year. I have only great things to say about him. There are MANY real estate agents out there but when it came to choosing one, Shawn was a no brainer. He is so easygoing, came well prepared, and was so quick to respond to my many.. many questions. There’s more to Shawn than just helping you buy or sell. He is so involved with the community and is always giving back. Shawn sold our home in one day… ONE DAY!! We’re starting out adventure for our next home and without a doubt we will have Shawn help us out.

Shawn was great, there are no dumb questions which I thought I had a load of dumb ones! He helped calm my anxiety and was a treat to deal with.

Shawn has been absolutely fantastic to work with, I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. We asked him to come over to value our house with no real timeline or expectation for listing right away and in a whirlwind experience ended up viewing purchasing a home and listing ours and another family members within a week. His communication is clear and informative, and he always makes himself available and responds quickly. I highly recommend Shawn not only for his work ethic but also for his commitment to bettering the communities he works in.

Our situation was pretty unique in that we were two families, selling two properties and purchasing one property. Shawn managed to stay on top of the negotiations for all three properties providing timely feedback and information to us all - even when he was receiving texts from 4 different people about different aspects of selling/purchasing the houses. It did it with grace and professionalism and we’d recommend Shawn to anyone selling their home.
