Shawn was professional from day one and put us right at ease. Fast communications and easy to get in contact with made the sale of the house go very easy. We had a little issue with the house not having a water softening unit and it was listed as having one. The people buying the house were very stubborn and insisted that the house have one installed. Shawn made up the difference in the sale went through.

Great helped us sell our home in Mahogany and buy in a older community. Accomodating with viewings and took the time to show us all the places we wanted to see.
