We had such an amazing experience working with Shawn, from our first meeting we knew he had our best interests at heart. We just purchased our dream home thanks to his hard work, and look forward to completing the sale of another property with him. He was readily available to answer all of our questions, shared great advice, and made the whole process so much easier. He was also kind enough to share some great referrals for home inspection, lawyers, and contractors. Not only is he a phenomenal realtor, but he is an all around amazing person. He's very active in helping those in need in our community and city. I could literally go on and on, but the long and short if it is Shawn is so easy to work with and I would highly recommend his services. Shawn was an excellent realtor. This was our first time actually 'hunting' for the perfect home and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable on what to look out for on older homes and the neighborhoods they were in. He also sold our old home incredibly fast and did a great job keeping us informed and calm during all of the negotiating process. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again if we ever decided to leave our dream home!

Shawn was wonderful to deal with. When we were impatient he responded quickly and did all he could to get answers for us. When we weren't successful with showings he brought a team of realtors through for constructive feedback and once we made recommended changes the house was sold within a couple of weeks. Overall only two months on the market during a bad time for sellers.
