Shawn was terrific in the entire selling process of our home. He was prompt in providing photos and getting our house listed. Throughout the selling process, we were never pressured into taking a deal, Shawn would simply list out our options and provide insight to what the market was doing, and we made a decision from there. Highly recommend Shawn for selling your home.

Shawn was an excellent realtor. This was our first time actually 'hunting' for the perfect home and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable on what to look out for on older homes and the neighborhoods they were in. He also sold our old home incredibly fast and did a great job keeping us informed and calm during all of the negotiating process. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again if we ever decided to leave our dream home!

Shawn was wonderful to deal with. When we were impatient he responded quickly and did all he could to get answers for us. When we weren't successful with showings he brought a team of realtors through for constructive feedback and once we made recommended changes the house was sold within a couple of weeks. Overall only two months on the market during a bad time for sellers.
