Sean is a professional, positive and-supportive real estate agent. Using his great expertise and knowledge, he guided us patiently through the process of an estate sale, saving us considerable time and effort, and alleviating our stress. Others had suggested removing furniture and painting, but Sean immediately understood the value of the home as it was, and how to show it at its best. We made minor changes, and sold it on the first day it was on the market. Sean is a great communicator who was immediately available whenever we had questions, and worked with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transition. It was a pleasure and delight to work with him and we have nothing but gratitude for his efforts. We highly recommend Sean and his services to any others who wish to sell their homes.

Sean was great from start to finish. He takes the time to listen and understand both who you are and what your needs are around housing. He will guide you through the process as much as needed, and pick up those phone calls when you're having a moment of uncertainty. He is communicative, punctual, honest, professional, thorough, funny and kind! Sean will always provide his honest opinion about the places you see with him -- I never found him to be looking for a quick sell or to exert any pressure whatsoever during the buying process. I can't recommend Sean enough if you are looking for a realtor in Vancouver!

Sean helped us purchase a home that had all our specifics, in a neighbourhood that we love but hadn't considered before we worked with Sean. After our purchase Sean sold our Yaletown Condo in a week and received over ask. Sean helped us with everything from suggestions on how to make our condo look more appealing, what Notary to use, down to helping us get the app for the heated floor to work at our new home.
