<p>I can't say enough amazing things about how happy we were with Sean on the purchase of our first home. He knew the Vancouver neighbourhoods well and also the history of the houses. With a background in Engineering, Sean doesn't just look at the aesthetics of a house but sees behind this. Anyone who has bought a house knows that the emotions can ride on aesthetics but once you move in you wish you had known what you would find within the walls and under the ground. I sent countless e-mails to Sean on possible places that were coming up in my search. He always responded quickly. He strongly advised me away from houses that had flipped too often; had legal claims against them; had had fires and possible structural problems; backed onto an alley of a main street etc. etc.</p> <p>When we found our current home, Sean's response to me was different. He met me the very same evening at the property for an advance viewing. He new the seller's realtor. We did a review of the home and saw that it was a 3 bedroom up and 3 bedroom down 1960s bungalow with only 2 previous owners. We got the thumbs up from Sean and felt confident having had him dissuade us from so many other places. Emotionally, I was willing to offer a bit more on the table but Sean was confident that we could get it for the asking price provided that we could offer a quick close. He was right and the home was ours. He was great at coaching us through this and the additional money that we didn't put down allowed us to renovate the basement for rental income.</p> <p>I would 100% put my name behind Sean!</p>

<p>Sean was and continues to be a fantastic, deep and broad source of knowledge on our property, our neighborhood and on the Vancouver real estate market in general. Our buying experience with him was excellent, as he was informative, and diligent in his dealings. He frequently provided us with listings which were on point for what we were looking for and was proactive in arranging showings. He made the buying experience efficient and effective. Since working with him, I've referred him to many friends and colleagues and have also sought his advice on matters related to strata property management, and real estate investment. He continues to be a fountain of knowledge and expertise. On top of that, he's responsive, friendly and just generally a pleasure to deal with.</p>

He replied to our phone messages within minutes, even though we knew he had a lot on the go. He was tactful and kind. He negotiated a good sale of our house. I have recommended him to other people in our neighbourhood. I would use him again.</p>

An amazingly professional yet sensitive and caring agent. Sean assisted in the selling of my mother's house after the passing of my father and, we could not have picked a more caring, competent and professional agent to help in the smooth sale of our home.
