Sean is a very knowledgeable estate agent with an engineering background which was helpful in identifying the pros and cons of the structures we viewed. He was patient and helpful, very quick to update me on the status of properties and in setting up viewings. He gave impartial, helpful and professional advice which I appreciated. His recommendations for the offer process were helpful. His neighborhood knowledge was excellent - rated 4 as in this case I did not request additional information. We were first-time owners when were first looking for a property in 2009. We had little knowledge of the Vancouver market and needed an expert to guide us through the process. We were so glad to be referred to Sean, I would consider him as an expert in his profession. We looked at several properties but decided to not pursue any. Never once did Sean make us feel uncomfortable taking up so much of his time. He always made time for us whenever we asked. We ended up renting for two years, and in 2011 we contacted Sean again. We bought our dream home using Sean's help. The process was smooth and hassle-free. Sean was speedy, professional and honest. He always offered facts without and let the owners make their own decisions. We will use Sean again when we relocate to our next home.
