<p>Sean is extremely knowledge about the Vancouver neighbourhoods. He has been an excellent agent right from the start, working with me to find our what I want in a house and where. He has carefully gone over the pros and cons. He has been an excellent coach in the negotiating process. I trust his instincts 100%. Sean has been really patient throughout the process, not rushing me to make decisions. Sean has kept in touch over the years and has been very helpful when it comes to making decisions on insurance, upgrades, renos etc. I appreciate having him on the other end of the phone.</p>

<p>I've used Sean's services twice to sell a home, and once to buy one, and each time I've been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I never once felt pressured by him and I always appreciated his cautious approach to purchasing and his "price sharp" approach to selling a home. Both times my home sold quickly for a fair price.</p>

Sean assisted us in purchasing our first home. He clearly explained the process and pitfalls. He worked actively with us by providing MLS listings as they became available within our targeted neighbourhoods. After our review of the listings and a drive by of the property he arranged a private viewing for us. Sean attended each viewing and pointed out both the benefits and detractors of the subject property. We then adjourned to discuss the property in detail with him. He showed good insight and judgement in crafting our offers and the subsequent negotiations. We have recommended Sean to others and they were also very satisfied. Sean is particularly patient with first time buyers and answers all questions. He also guided us in matters pertaining to properties in Mexico and the UK.

Sean is a 5 out of 5! He was patient with us and helped us out over the course of many years. He sold us into the right home at the right time. The key word is "home". He worked with us for 3 years to get us into "our home"! We are forever thankful!

Sean is great, especially for first time buyers. We bought our first house with him, and sold it eight years later, and then bought a condo after that. The purchases and sales were error-free and easy, and we got a good price on all transactions. More importantly, we ended up with the right product. And you can cut him off if his 'gift for the gab' gets in the way. He won't mind. Sean _really_ knows the neighborhoods he covers, more than any other agent we know, and we know quite a lot.
