<p>What an excellent Experience it was dealing with Sean. Not only is he a rock star for staging your home and getting it up online with High Res Photos, but he's funny, clever and easy to communicate with. He sold my home in 2 weeks.</p>

<p>Sean represented my husband and I when we bought a new home and sold our old one in 2014. We met him at an open house and loved the house although it wasn’t quite right for us. We asked him to show us property and set up an appointment. We looked off and on with Sean for three years. We weren’t sure what we were looking for and it took us time to figure it out. At no time did Sean act impatient with us or make us feel that we were wasting his time. He did his research and showed us properties that were in the ball park of what we said we were looking for . Once we went off course and asked about buying a property – we were ready and he gave us his honest feedback about why that property may not be a good investment for us. He talked himself out of a sale because he had our best interests at heart. And looking back, it would have been a huge mistake for us to have gone down that road.</p> <p>We found a house we wanted (finally ) there were 9 offers and it was due to Sean’s professionalism that we were the successful offer. Since we bought before we sold we then were overwhelmed by having to sell our place and had a trip coming up to Europe! Without Sean’s professional advice and caring support we never could have done this. He told us what to do to make the house sell fast. We listened to everything he said. He went far beyond the call of duty meeting me at Home Depot to help choose a counter top and showing up at my door with light fixtures I needed from his own collection. We had multiple offers on our place as a result of the brilliant marketing he did and his direction in staging the home. Watching him deal with the realtors and manage the presentation was impressive. We got beyond what we thought we would in price. We managed to do everything, transfer both properties and still go on our trip to Europe.</p> <p>We referred him to our dear friends when they needed to sell. He represented them on the sale and purchase of their homes and every time they saw us they thanked us for referring him to them – they called him and angel.</p> <p>I can’t say enough about him. He is a professional- a kind, caring and patient man who is driven by a desire to give service. He is an expert with a wide knowledge base about the market in Vancouver and real estate in general. He is ethical and extremely competent.</p> <p>It is important to give credit and acknowledgement when it is due. We felt we had to write and express what we feel.</p>
