I came to Sarah after having a few negative experiences with other agents, and I am not sure a better service can be provided. She has a systematic approach which gives you a very clear understanding of what to do next. She does not take a step before making sure everything is okay. For example, the first thing she did was to have us get pre-approved for a mortgage so we would know our max affordability. This gave us a clear idea about the financial road map we needed to lead. She is always punctual. We did not have a car at the time, and she kindly drove us to the viewings. We would set a meeting location to meet, and she was never late. In fact, she usually arrived earlier than agreed. This made it much easier for us to plan our day. Moreover, she is always well prepared. She consistently came with snacks like fruits, water, and granola bars. and printouts of the viewings of each day and gave them to us in the order we were to visit them. Then she explained what we needed to do to make a good decision. To make it even better, she does not stop there. She constantly educates you on what to pay attention to and what the important things to consider are. The amperage of the electric panel, the date of the furnace, the neighbors, and so many other things. For example, she may explain why the fire station in front of the house is a problem, the electrical line in the backyard is bad news, what a sump is, why a basement will be rented out easier, and so much more. Furthermore, she is ready to go beyond to make sure you are provided with all the information you require to make a decision. In one instance, when we asked what the neighbors thought of a neighborhood, she literally started waving down passing by cars, asking if they were happy living there. She is truly knowledgeable and resourceful as well. We learned so much from her—from a linked house to the best service provider for any service you may require. She has it all. We enjoyed working with her team as well. The lawyers she works with and the mortgage broker were so easy to work with. She is also truly patient and calm. She spent a lot of time explaining details to us. We even had to have emergency surgery in the middle of our search, and she not only waited for us to recover patiently, but also sent us flowers. Ask her any question you have and she will do her best to provide you with the best experience. Another wonderful aspect is how attentively she listens and searches the market based on your preferences. She is well-experienced too. The way she negotiates, checks out details, and knows the neighborhoods are a testimony to her experience. In one instance, she noticed that there were pot lights where a main joist should be. So after we parted, she looked into the matter and realized the renovation done in the house did not have a permit. I truly believe she is an excellent agent. She is the type of agent you don't want to have on the opposit team. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
