Sarah was so warm and friendly , instantly we had trust and felt she was so real, genuine and honest . She explained things in a manner that we understood and shared real stories and gave true examples .We really felt we could ask her anything and she was always very available for anything we needed . We are overjoyed with the sale of our home way above asking. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable working overtime for us and helped guide and direct us in such a positive manner always . Sarah was instrumental in helping me find my new condo and selling my old one. She priced it perfectly and really helped stage the unit for sale. My unit sold in literally one day when there were other units in the bldg at the same time that had been sitting there for weeks. She was available to me when ever I needed her and negotiated a great deal on both ends. I would use her again in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend her more whole heartily.
