Sarah was a huge help in purchasing our first home! As first-time home-buyers in the GTA market, we were out of our element. Prices were rising fast, houses were selling after just days on the market, and our desires were almost constantly in flux as a result. Sarah was very patient with us as we had to "reset" our progress by changing our goals and expectations during market volatility. Throughout the process, she educated us on the various neighbourhoods where our target home could be found and was able to provide additional insights into the neighbourhood and demographics of the area. She was always friendly in conversation and quick to respond via phone, text, or email messages. With Sarah's help, we were able to find a beautiful home that checked all of our boxes. We're grateful for her help and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in York Region!

I just would live to say that the first impression of Sarah Kavoosi was professional. She is very punctual and very knowledgeable on the housing market. She is very smart and her negotiation skills are spectacular. The whole process from beginning to end was excellent. We could have not asked for a better agent for Aurora, Ontario. Sarah is very thoughtful of how the whole situation is being played out and even asks inadvance on the potential living situation if the house is being sold. She is very caring about her cilents and is always getting back in a reasonable time with answers or other replies. Sarah's performance is very professional and her demeanor is very high and has put our family as ease throughout this whole process. Her capabilities as a real estate agent is very competent and I would definitely recommend anyone in the GTA to go and ask for Sarah Kavoosi to be there agent for buy or sell. She is probably one of a kind real estate to sell a house in less than 24-48hours. Which I think is a record breaking for anyone.
