Sarah helped us buy our home last summer in an area that is well sought after. We were moving across the province and had a short timeline to find a house to buy. Sarah did so much work beforehand to help us understand the market and what was available to us. Once we arrived, she had set up viewings for everything available in our selected areas and in our price range. She has expert knowledge on the areas we were looking in, including location to transit, schools, shopping etc. Sarah was very thorough in our viewings. She was able to estimate when a roof would need to be replaced and see that windows were newer/older, which was very helpful. When we found a house that we liked she was able to negotiate effectively on our behalf knowing that we had a short timeline to secure a place. We were also able to bring in a home inspector on short notice before we put in an offer, which gave me peace of mind since it was an older home. We startd our home search with Sarah when the home prices in GTA were going up rapidly and the market was seller market...almost all of the houses were geting multiple offers. At this hot market Sarah helped us to purchase a detached house in less than a month with a very good price. The first thing she did was to understsnd our family needs and try to find best choices for us. She also has a very good knowledge of different neighborhoods which I found is very valuable especially for us as first time home buyers and it actually helped us to narrow down our searches. As opposed to sending automatic emails every day for the new listings she was actually looking at listings and screening them to find those that fit all our needs.
