We startd our home search with Sarah when the home prices in GTA were going up rapidly and the market was seller market...almost all of the houses were geting multiple offers. At this hot market Sarah helped us to purchase a detached house in less than a month with a very good price. The first thing she did was to understsnd our family needs and try to find best choices for us. She also has a very good knowledge of different neighborhoods which I found is very valuable especially for us as first time home buyers and it actually helped us to narrow down our searches. As opposed to sending automatic emails every day for the new listings she was actually looking at listings and screening them to find those that fit all our needs. When visiting houses she was looking at all the details and was giving very good information in terms of main potential cost items at each house.
