Sam did a great job selling our condo. Because it sold so fast - on first viewing - it is a little difficult to rate some aspects of the service. But he exceeded my goal of getting a fast sale for a good price so I am very happy.

Thank you for you expert help and advise in completing this sale. It has been a long time since we have had any real estate dealings. Add to this the fact that this was an estate sale and we did not have a clue how to procced. You guided us and took the worry out of the transaction.
