He is positive, a good communicator, knowledgeable, and sincere. His company offers extra 'perks' and is clear about their services and our contract; honest and focused on the client. Sam also didn't ignore the emotions I was experiencing leaving my lovely home and garden, to downsize to my patio home -- a necessary decision but sad in some ways -- and he talked with me about the change and went through the process step-by-step so it wasn't overwhelming.
