If I could rate Sam & his team a 10 out of 5 I certainly would! Sam worked with us for OVER A YEAR to find the perfect home for us. We looked at countless properties, hummed and hawed, and even changed the scope of what we were looking for in that time. He was incredibly patient (to put it lightly!) and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. We were often the first to look at places as they came up thanks to his attentiveness in this fast-paced market, and he always answered our calls and questions quickly. His assistant, Drew, helped us find the right people to help close the deal and even set up calendar reminders so we didn't miss important dates. They made the daunting process of buying a house effective and easy. He worked tirelessly to find us 'the one' and we couldn't be more thrilled. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Comox Valley - his knowledge and understanding of the area and market is exceptional!
