I have used Sam Ennis three times for real estate transactions and in each case, he and his team have been professional and service-oriented. Frankly, I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Sam has helped me through three transactions, and I consider him a valuable asset whether buying or selling. He went over and above on my last possession due to the previous owner's default on removal of contents. I endorse his skills in the Comox Valley real estate market, and you won't be disappointed with his desire to assist you.

Sam was very helpful in assisting us in purchasing a good home in a short time frame. He was easy to communicate with and seemed very informed about home construction and things to be aware of.
