Sam has been our go to Realtor for my family for years. He's proven himself time and time again with outstanding performance. His career experience and background knowledge gives him the tools to be efficient and highly informative during the house hunting experience. Sam goes above and beyond by providing recommendations for other required services (e.i. inspections, lawyers, etc) as well as helpful insights into what would be required to call a house, home. He adds a personal touch to his customer relations and makes you feel like family. Truly top notch service.

Sam was the perfect realtor for us. Once we were ready to start looking we gave Sam a massive list of properties to look at and he got us into every property we had requested and the next two days we had his undivided attention. The first day we had 3 kids 9 and under and Sam took the time to entertain the children while we looked at the houses. Sam was very knowledgeable with every property we looked at and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. Would highly recommend Sam if you are looking for an amazing realtor.

Sam was recommended to us, by his wife, a friend, based on a FB post, asking for realtors familiar with rural and horse properties. Sam was the most impressive, amongst 3 recommended realtors we contacted. He is very personable, and professional. He is up to date on using technology and social media. We were so impressed with the listing. Others must have been too, as our first few showings and offer came from another realtor, on his extensive social media network, before our hobby farm was officially listed.
