Sam was simply amazing. He helped us find the perfect house. We couldn’t find what we wanted, it took close to 40 viewings to find the place for us. Sam did not think twice weekend after weekend driving us all over the city. He was always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He is so knowledgeable, and handled everything with just the right amount of humor or compassion. When we were frustrated, he helped us get back on track. We ran into a lot of issues with our bank and Sam was always there supporting us and helping to direct us where we needed to go. If he couldn’t help with something, he always knew who to call. He knew when to walk away to let us make a decision and when to give us a helping hand. We could not have asked for a better Realtor. Thank you Sam - we could not have done this without you.

Sam assisted us to sell a pre world war 2 estate property and guided us to list the property appropriately for the market. He made appropriate recommendations to reduce the price periodically to sell the property and provided good exposure to buyers.
