<p>Sam Ireland did not disclose to me that there was a railroad track behind the property. The noise was horrible with the constant daily whistles. It became a nightmare. Sam did not disclose to me that I had 30 days to dispute the sale.</p> <p>When I advised Sam of the issues on the house a couple of weeks after I moved in he said he can re-list the property at his same high rates. He is obviously about profiting himself and not caring about his client.</p>
