In 2005 our family finally made the leap into home ownership. As you know finding a realtor can be tough when there are just so many to choose from so we did our research and found that Sam came highly recommended. Because so many emotions and technical jargon come with buying your first home, Sam was able to help us navigate all the ins and outs ensuring that we were getting the best deal and home for our family. He was absolutely amazing and there was never a question or concern that he could not answer. As our family grew it was eventually time to look for a larger home and relocate from Edmonton to Stony Plain. We contacted Sam upon making our decision and he once again helped us navigate both the sale and purchase of our new home. Within a week Sam helped us complete both the sale and purchase of our home. As the years went by Sam always stayed in touch so it was a no brainer to contact him once again when we decided to move. He has always been such an amazing realtor. He will walk you through the steps of both the sale and purchase giving you advice on how to best stage your home, best strategic pricing and advice on what renovations could be most beneficial. If you are looking for a realtor that is honest, professional and provides the best customer experience than look no further.

Sam is a very friendly and approachable realtor. He did a great job selling our first home and helped us find both of our homes. He had great suggestions in helping our home sell. When buying he took a good mix of what my husband and I wanted and showed us a variety of houses that met our needs within our budget.

It took us a long time to even figure out what kind of house we wanted or where we wanted to be, and Sam Ireland stuck patiently with us through all of it. In the end, we found the perfect property in the perfect location. Thank you, Sam, for being willing to take us to all those properties and respond to all our many many questions and concerns so that we could finally find the right place!

Sam was so absolutely wonderful as our Real Estate agent that we are friends now. We go to dinner with him and his wife. We looked at three houses one night and each one we walked into he would immediately know if it was the right house for us. When we walked into the house we bought he knew it was the one for us and we did too. It was our first house and he spent so much care and attention to our questions and concerns that spending house type money felt comfortable. Recommending Sam as your Real Estate Agent is my absolute pleasure. His hat wearing ability is second to none. He listens attentively and has an almost superhuman talent to match you up with your perfect house. Plus the guy is just a genuinely honest and nice guy. He also LOVES all things EDMONTON and that is important because he knows this city and how it can best benefit you and your family. Warning: If you don’t want a new friend don’t choose Sam as your Real Estate Agent because it’s hard not to like this guy.
