During the last several years, I have retained the professional services of real estate agent and expert, Ryan Fach, of the well-known Victoria realty firm, RE/MAX Generation-The Neal Estate Group. As the executor of my late mother’s estate, Ryan was instrumental in effecting the sale of no less than five of my mother’s real properties, four of which consisted of rental properties in various states of disrepair and tenanted by not the easiest of tenants, to say the least…Ryan was a most assiduous worker and continuously kept me apprised of the market conditions and commentary delivered not only by prospective purchasers, but also those of his fellow agents. His sage advice and constant humour was most welcome even during the most difficult negotiations. In summation, he got the job done to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to refer him and his RE/MAX team in the future ! V.S.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ryan to find a suitable house. Before I was ready to buy he stayed in touch regularly for several months with updates on homes in my target neighborhoods and price range. He has a great sense of the Victoria market, so when I was ready to buy he showed me great homes and we made it happen very quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and a dog lover. Great job!
