We sold our home in Ottawa on July 16, 2018 and landed in Victoria on July 26th. Our furniture and belongings were due to arrive in Victoria on Sep 5th, so we needed to find and buy the “condo of our dreams” by the end of Aug. I was a little hesitant to sign on with a realtor after doing open houses and my own research, but am I ever glad I found Ryan.
