We were so fortunate to have found Ryan Fach when we moved to West Hills. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was present every single time he engaged with us as he answered hundreds of questions using a straight forward and honest approach. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ryan was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. There was no pressure from Ryan for us to make a decision. He viewed many homes with us over several months. He is reliable and real which allowed us to relax and really put our trust in him. The process of buying a home was not nearly as stressful as I had imagined it to be, and all the credit goes to Ryan Fach for giving us this jaw-dropping experience.
