Wonderful experience with Ryan. He got us into properties were were interested in quickly, found interesting properties we hadn't considered for us to see and made the whole experience really easy. Great attention to detail in properties and advice about what to avoid and what to accept because it was an "easy fix". Also really helped with negotiation, house inspection, lawyers, etc. Couldn't recommend more highly. (Purchase of a 3 bedroom single family home)

I, the undersigned, initially retained the professional services of Mr. Ryan Fach, real estate sales agent with the Victoria firm of RE/MAX Generation - The Neal Estate Group, during the month of March 2020, in order to facilitate and expedite the selling of my mother’s principal residence. Since that time, and currently, I have retained Mr. Fach to list and sell four rental properties pertaining to my late mother’s estate and Mr. Fach has been instrumental and successful in selling two of said properties in what may be described as a current realty market in the doldrums or as a poet would describe it: “As idle as a painted ship upon a painted ocean”.
