We have bought and sold many homes over our 40+ years of marriage, so we have experience. We interviewed several agents and Ryan Fach impressed us from our very first meeting. He arrived ready to listen to us and armed with lots of pertinent information. He then developed a solid strategic plan to sell our home. This included Ryan doing significant social media and networking (part of the "coming soon" portion) and the Neal Team of professional photographers, videographers and a drone expert who were able to capture the true magic of our home which became an outstanding presence on the internet. Ryan kept us involved the entire way and was always available for questions. The viewings were scheduled by Julie who did an outstanding job (40 showings in 7 days) of making sure it was seamless. When offers arrived Ryan handled the negotiations expertly on our behalf. We were extremely happy with the results. Ryan did what very few can - He under promised and over delivered!!
