Our experience was great as Ryan has some great qualities that he puts into his work: he is always available even when he is away, he acts quick and did great on back and forth communication with seller's realtors which was very helpful. We were comfortable having his technical opinion to evaluate properties for us and understanding our needs and he won our trust quickly. Overall such a pleasant person to work with and have on your side.
