Rob knew the neighbourhood very well, pointing out several positives and possible concerns that we had not previously considered. I've purchased several houses in the past, but Rob was the first agent who actually negotiated and ended up saving us a substantial amount of money. In closing he made sure the previous owner took care of several details before we took possession, which made our move in much less stressful. Rob's attention to detail was impressive, he noticed several things that even the home inspector missed that saved us some serious headaches down the road. I'd absolutely recommend Rob and wouldn't think of using anyone else on my future purchases.

Rob is a very intuitive person and hits every point required in all real estate transactions where he's been my (and my families) real estate representative. A very tactful and savvy negotiator, particularly when it comes to making difficult decisions. Rob is not your stereotypical salesperson and is very honest when he believes that a client may be subjecting themselves to a hardship of eventual upgrades/renovations when their heart is fully into a property they believe 'is the one'. I can attest to a number of real estate deals that I would have signed on the dotted line in a heartbeat and now in retrospect am so thankful that he was there to be our voice of reason. We all know that there are a number of real estate agents that balk at the idea of being the listing agent for something as little as $150k, but Rob will provide you with the precise attention to a property as such as he would with a $1M + listing. Given Rob's history and deep rooted knowledge of real estate, I wouldn't hesitate in the least to give him the highest accolades and recommendation to be your next listing agent.
