Rob Whitfield was referred to us trusted agent in BC and served as our buyer's agent in Calgary. I won't lie...we have high expectations and are knowledgeable and experienced buyers, so wanted someone who could run faster than we could and bring knowledge, ideas, a willingness to negotiate, & run the numbers. He exceeded our expectations with communication and response times. We appreciated his open & straight forward communication style. He ended up recommending a house slightly out of our original search area, insisting we see it just to rule it out as he thought it was a great fit for us.....turns out that is the house we fell in love with. We can't thank him enough for encouraging us to see this house and then helping us negotiate a great price. Having worked with a number of realtors across Canada through the years & we recommend Rob without reservation. We will 100% work with him again, & have walked away with a home we are so happy with & also a friend.

We had the pleasure of working with Rob Whitfield when we purchased our very first home. From day one we had an incredible experience. We sought out Rob Whitfielfd after interviewing few other realtors who we were not satisfied with. Rob came to us highly recommended by family and friends and certainly not disappoint. Rob met with us fully informed about the neighborhood and what our house required in order to sell as well as the other houses in our neighborhood that were listed and sold. What we most respected was that Rob was also realistic as to what price we should list at but respected our wishes. Rob worked diligently having open houses and continued to have a positive flow of people coming through. His communication with us was flawless, anytime we had a question or concern Rob always got back to us immediately. I also heard he was amazing when people came through. When our house sold he was there with us every step making sure we understood the process.I would highly recommend Rob and would not hesitate to call him the next time we are looking for a realtor.

Selling a home for the first time, Rob walked me through the process and had my complete confidence from our initial conversation. He did his research and worked with me to determine the best plan, which helped me have realistic expectations regarding every detail. Rob went above and beyond to find solutions to the various challenges we were presented with. He’s calm and optimistic, professional and very very good at what he does. Rob is both highly professional, while being totally approachable at the same time. He guided us through the process and offered great advise when asked, which both Steve (the other half) and I really appreciated. We never once felt even the least bit pressured, in fact, it was the opposite, Rob has the patience of a Saint, as we were not the easiest of clients (this was not intentional). Our time house-hunting became something we looked forward to, in a large way due to enjoying our time spent with him.
