This is my 2nd purchase ,and 3rd for my family in 8 mths. Rob was a recommantion from a friend when I moved here. Rob is the posterbuy for professionalism He listens and does not waste your time. Rob helped my partner and I buy our very first home together, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us through everything involved with finding and buying a home! I usually don't give out 5/5 stars but Rob truly met and exceeded our expectations for each. Rob was very understanding, calm, and patient as he helped us narrow down our search and show us what we should be aware about when looking at different places (he was also super sweet with our toddler during a few showings!). With each showing we'd be learning something new to help us decide whether or not that would be the house for us! Once we decided on a place, Rob was very good at informing and helping us through the process but letting us make our own decisions, which we appreciated so we could feel like we had control of the whole thing. Overall we couldn't recommend a more kind, honest, and postive Realtor like Rob! We'd highly recommend him if you are looking for somebody who knows his stuff and is there to support you as the buyer/seller to get what you want out of it. Thanks so much Rob!

Rob exceeded my expectations in every respect when I engaged him to sell my condominium. He has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. He made commitments concerning the timeframe and potential selling price for the condominium which I personally felt would be difficult to achieve, but he exceeded these expectations in every regard. He demonstrated a strong knowledge of the market place and his strategy and tactics for marketing the condominium proved extremely effective. He kept me apprised of developments at every stage of the marketing and selling process and was consistently responsive to any questions or clarification which I sought. A person of high integrity and ethics and I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating the sale of their property. A true professional!
