Rob was exceptional - as a first-time homebuyer he did a great job of walking me through the process and making sure I understood how to approach each step. When it came to negotiations he advocated effectively on my behalf and was timely in responding and keeping me in the loop.

Rob made me feel so comfortable right from when we first met. He went above and beyond in the listing of my condo, and it sold in 30 days in the month of December at a price I was more than happy with. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know and I'm so glad I had the pleasure of working with him.

We sought out Rob Whitfielfd after interviewing few other realtors who we were not satisfied with. Rob came to us highly recommended by family and friends and certainly not disappoint. Rob met with us fully informed about the neighborhood and what our house required in order to sell as well as the other houses in our neighborhood that were listed and sold. What we most respected was that Rob was also realistic as to what price we should list at but respected our wishes. Rob worked diligently having open houses and continued to have a positive flow of people coming through. His communication with us was flawless, anytime we had a question or concern Rob always got back to us immediately. I also heard he was amazing when people came through.
