Rob listed my house on October 12 and by October 20th, there were 19 offers made on my house. Rob took his time to negotiate tirelessly with each one of the respective realtors. I got to witness first hand his role as a negotiator and was in awe of his skill and commitment, right up until 11:00 PM, at which time I was ready to accept an offer. I have found Rob to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole journey. He has always communicated to me in a very timely manner, and has been very clear about expectations. I have really appreciated his flexibility and him encouraging me to call him about any concerns, regardless of day or time. His expertise and knowledge regarding real estate, strata councils, and city bylaws has been reassuring to me. Rob has been an enormous support and I always felt that he has had my interest in his corner. His endless contacts of trades people has really eased my anxiety around the monumental work involved in the purchasing and moving in of a new home. I am so grateful to have worked with Rob.
