Rob listed my house on October 12 and by October 20th, there were 19 offers made on my house. Rob took his time to negotiate tirelessly with each one of the respective realtors. I got to witness first hand his role as a negotiator and was in awe of his skill and commitment, right up until 11:00 PM, at which time I was ready to accept an offer. I have found Rob to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole journey. He has always communicated to me in a very timely manner, and has been very clear about expectations.
