<p>I decided to sell my townhome and get into a house again.Rob put my townhome up for sale and it was a quick sale very pleased with that.Told rob I wanted a rancher I know they are harder to find but in no time rob had me into a great rancher, private yard with a mountain view.This all transpired stress free and rather quickly.I am now living in my new home feeling great about it. Thanks to Rob and his storage of knowledge , I was able to negotiate all the legal hurdles in my quest to obtain Grant of Probate and Transfer of Title as part of my duties as Executor for my sister- in -law’s estate.
