My family has worked with Rob on 3 real estate transactions, so far. Rob is a professional, he returns your calls or emails right away, he adjusts his schedule when needed to work around yours. He goes out of his way to make the deal come together and is very easy to talk to. He knows Vancouver and surrounding areas and will tell you right away if the area is good or not. When we looked at places to purchase, he would immediately point out any deficiency he saw and would quickly estimate how much to fix or replace. He has a real eye for construction and any structural issues and if the home is worth the asking price. I highly recommend Rob for selling and buying and will use his services on our next real estate transaction.

1st time sellers here. We lived in our house for 47 years and it finally became time to sell. Rob was highly recommended and picking him was one of the best moves we ever made. Sold in 3 days. He read the market perfectly. He had complete facts and figures regarding the housing market in our neighbourhood and we priced perfectly. Of course he was our agent when we bought into our downsized new home. He was instrumental in doing all the extras I never would have thought of like having a cleaning crew come in and having the seller pay for it. He also helped with the purchase of some of the furniture from the sellers. After all my furniture was 47 years old and looked it. He set me up with all the right legal people and everything went so smooth. I highly recommend Rob and if you do pick him rest assured you are in the hands of one of the finest agents in BC.

<p>I decided to sell my townhome and get into a house again.Rob put my townhome up for sale and it was a quick sale very pleased with that.Told rob I wanted a rancher I know they are harder to find but in no time rob had me into a great rancher, private yard with a mountain view.This all transpired stress free and rather quickly.I am now living in my new home feeling great about it.
