Ritin came in as a reference from 2 of our college friends, who had bought and sold properties through Ritin. As first time home-buyers and new immigrants to Canada, we couldn't have got a better person to represent and guide us. Ritin is extremely knowledgeable about properties, what sellers expect, what seller agents work, what works best for the buyer, what is the ideal bid and how to negotiate. But above all, Ritin doesn't do this as a job. He is more keen on building relationships and goes out of his way to help as a friend. Once he showed up for a viewing at 8pm even though he had just got his second dose of Covid vaccine. He is also the first to point out if the buyer is over-bidding for a property. I would strongly recommend Ritin for property buyers, especially those who are new to Canada.

Mr. Ritin helped us purchase our first home in Canada, and to say that he was exceptional would be an understatement. Before approaching Mr. Ritin I had contacted several agents. However, all of them first wanted me to increase my budget in order to get the house I was looking for. But when I contacted Mr. Ritin, he listened patiently to my expectations and limitations and assured me that no matter what, he will help us land our dream home. Mr. Ritin is a very grounded, practical, patient, and empathetic person, some of the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client's best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the multi-million dollar properties he usually deals in. But he treated my wife and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. He patiently listened to our needs and proactively looked only for properties that matched our criteria. He guided us through the entire purchasing process. For each of the 45 properties that we looked at, he did thorough research on the fair market value, advised us on the offer price, and never ever pushed us to purchase if we were not comfortable, many times asking us to decline the deal if he felt that we were paying more than the property's fair value. He was always available to attend to our calls and emails and answered the silliest of questions. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. As mentioned above, he represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I would definitely use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Mr. Ritin represent me.
