Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Working with Ritin Gupta was absolute pleasure. He was very professional as well as personal who is not only a fantastic realtor, but also an excellent support system. He was extremely communicative and always available to answer our questions and to show us the apartment any time we asked for. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see Ritinji moved fast as houses were flying off the market. In the high crazy market, he managed to negotiate and helped us to get a house lower than the listed price ! Would totally work with him again! Highly recommended.

Mr. Rithin helped us find our home last Summer and l’m extremely happy about the way he has been guiding us through the process. Though we had a clear idea on our requirements we were not sure of the processes and the different options available. Before the search started he arranged sessions with us to extract frion us what our requirements, priorities, likes and dislikes.
