Some of the factors that I really liked about him were - - He would provide his expert opinion in terms of the real and market value of the house - He would not shy away from showing me any number of houses that I wanted to view before making a decision - He continues to help me with issues/suggestions that I need post moving to my new home - He would provide his honest opinion on the houses that we saw based on my requirements - He has amazing people's skills that helped represent me better to the sellers as compared to other buyers for the houses that we bid - He never pushed me to compromise and bid for a house that did not meet my requirements and always kept my needs in mind Lastly, I would highly recommend Ritin for his professionalism and his can-do attitude.
