As first time home buyers we did not know much about the home buying process and the housing market, but Ritin guided us at every step of the process with detailed analysis and market research. He kept us up to date with comparable listings that helped us put the correct offer price. He worked diligently with the selling agent to negotiate the offer and get us our dream home. Ritin and Sonu literally hand-held us through the entire home buying process. Both of them were thorough professionals; dedicated, hardworking, genuine, and above all enthusiastic about helping find a home that fit our criteria and stayed within our budget. They were relentless when it came to searching for home and taking us to go view them. Ritin educated us about the process, market, and also helped us set our expectations. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was also very quick and helpful when it came to contacting the sellers agent, negotiating, preparing the offer, and submitting it. We would happily and confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Working with Ritin was a real delight. We recently moved to Canada and were looking for a condo which was closer to our family and friends. Ritin made this process really easy. we were able to get a great condo in the heart of Vaughan which was closer to ttc and public transport. For us, it was a steal deal. Ritin throughout the process made sure that all the formalities between landlord and us went smoothly. He was proactive in his approach and we were able to close all formalities real quick. I appreciate Ritin’s decorum throughout the process and highly recommend him for your house hunting needs whether you’re looking to lease or looking to buy!!
