I have used Riccardo three times before to buy. This is the first time selling. He went to the condo and did an assessment and valuation of the condo and his numbers were vey much in the ball park. He has a very pleasant personality and is willing to help and provide advice at all times. The condo was sold in less than a month. He spoke with the buyer's realtor and clarified details.

Riccardo and Katherine, were both extremely pleasant and professional to work with. This is the second time we have used them for selling/buying a home, and because or our experiences we will never use a different realtor. I highly recommend this team for all your home needs!
