I have used Riccardo three times before to buy. This is the first time selling. He went to the condo and did an assessment and valuation of the condo and his numbers were vey much in the ball park. He has a very pleasant personality and is willing to help and provide advice at all times. The condo was sold in less than a month. He spoke with the buyer's realtor and clarified details.
