This time on the buying side, Ralph was so patient with me, took his time explaining all the pros and cons of the properties we viewed. Cant say how relieved my wife and I are for having Ralph and his team sell our house. From the beginning Ralph was always honest and respectful to our concerns. He was very knowledgeable on where the market was and helped us stage the home to look beautiful. Not only did they sell our home for the price we wanted, it was also sold during the covid 19 outbreak where there was a lot of uncertainty. Ralph was great with his communication and he always made us feel confident the house would sell during these uncertain times. His team was fantastic in helping to coordinate the closing of the deal. Melissa was very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed. To be honest, selling this home was difficult for me. I wasn't ready to make a move into a condo, or at least I didn't think I was ready. Ralph and the entire team were with me to help prepare my home for sale, they helped in so many ways. The had it professionally staged (at their cost), they had their construction guys come into help complete some work around the house (at their cost) and Ralph even came out on a Saturday to help take garbage away in their moving truck (at their cost). It was a really amazing process! And I LOVE my new place - I'm so happy I made the move when I did!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Ralph and his Team were able to find a great tenant for our investment property, and even negotiated a rent Over the asking rent. He was very thorough in vetting the tenants, (Employment Check, Credit Check, Reference Check, Criminal Check - He checked it all). The best part of the process, was we never felt pressure to select a tenant, we had many offers to lease come in, but he was patient and told us to wait for a more suitable fit. We are very happy!
