I had never dealt with an "area" that was so difficult to purchase in. So many restrictions on getting in to see a house, all the back and forths on offers etc... I was beginning to think nobody there actually wanted to sell their house! I had no desire to negotiate on anything - I placed my offer, and if it was rejected I walked. Ralph was able to negotiate with an extremely difficult seller, who happened to be related to the agent themselves, which made what I felt to be a much more difficult experience. I have never dealt with a seller who was emotionally involved in the actual house itself, thankfully Ralph had all the patience in the world. He calmy dealt with both the seller, and my own frustrations. I always knew we were in the best of hands, we've been dealing with Ralph and The Helping You Move Team for 10 years now. This is not our first purchase, and won't be our last sale when we're done here either. His patience, and kindness aside from all the knowledge, and assistance continually reminds me why we continue to only deal with The Helping You Move Team for all our real estate needs.

Ralph is an expert realtor and his depth of market knowledge and experience were critical in finding us our dream home, in our dream neighbourhood, and under our budget. He showed us several homes that met our wish list and he was able to not only use his real estate expertise but also his construction background to point out details in the home that we purchased (and ones that we didn't) to give us detailed insight on the quality of workmanship, benefits and potential drawbacks on each property. When we found our home, his negotiation skills and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience ensured we had the best possible outcome for our family. He made us feel valued and that he was really fighting for us. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice every step of the way. He walked us through the mortgage process and legal aspects of the purchase so we felt well informed and prepared and there were no surprises. Once the deal closed, his support did not end. He supplied us with lists of trusted contractors that assisted in making the changes and updates to the home to customize it exactly to our specifications. He continuously checked in to see that things were going smoothly and we were happy. We are so very grateful and highly recommend Ralph to anyone who is planning to buy or sell.

After we sold, there was the sweetest junior care package for my son filled with moving labels, markers, a gift card and a book to help explain the move.
