Working with Ralph and Melissa for the sale and purchase of our home was smooth from start to finish. Very professional and go out of their way to take away as much stress as possible. It's nice to know that they are there for you through the entire process.

If I could give Ralph more than 5 stars I would. He and his team went above and beyond over and over again, and constantly worked with us to achieve our goals. I couldn't imagine ever buying and selling with anyone else. We never knew Ralph before hiring him but we now considered him family! Ralph and his team are knowledgeable and they do everything with 110%. They treat you like family and it was so refreshing to see a level of commitment and customer service that you don't see very often these days. I highly recommend them!

Second home sold by Ralph & The Helping You Move Team. At this point we had a 6 month old child, and one on the way. There was not a detail overlooked, they took the absolute utmost care in everything. From keeping the very early stages of our pregnancy secret, until we had the opportunity to announce to the rest of the world, but to small details like the decaf coffee. They helped put a projected design together for the extra wide property we had, enabling potential buyers to envision what they could use the space for. There was not a detail overlooked, we were in contact on a regular basis, but never did I have to question anything - I got a report back at the end of every showing, at the close of an open house, anytime someone called or showed interest, we were kept in the loop. As always we were confident in the sale of our house, working through multiple offers, all in the midst of Dr's appointments, and purchasing a new home. We knew from the last sale of the home we were in the absolute best hands.

Our first time selling a home, with an idea of what to expect, given both my parents were in real estate for much of my childhood. Ralph was amazing, and went absolutely above and beyond. He was with us every single step of the way, and forever changed our view of what to expect in the process of selling a home.
