We are so happy that we made the decision to go with Ralph and his team to buy and sell our home. They have been AMAZING throughout this entire process. Ralph truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He has perfected the art of home real estate. Moving can be stressful. Ralph and his team do everything possible to make it a smooth transition. From arranging painters, a handyman, cleaners and beautiful staging, our home was listed for sale in under a week. During the process, we were also provided with moving boxes, access to storage and a moving service, removing the added stress of decluttering. Getting our home market-ready was easy with Ralph and his team. Ralph has far exceeded all of our expectations. While looking at potential homes, his knowledge of construction provided us insights we would not have realized on our own. And his creative negotiation strategies helped us sell our home and get us the home we loved. Ralph always had our best interests at heart. When we started this process, we didn’t want a house that needed renovations, as it was something we didn’t think we could handle. But we ended up finding a home on a street that we loved and with Ralph’s steady guidance and contacts, we were able to undertake renovations that we never thought we would do ourselves. We are grateful to Ralph and his team, especially Carley, who was always available to answer questions and coordinate with all the people and contractors coming and going. We've found our dream home, but if we ever do need to move again, Ralph and his team will be our first call.
