As new homeowners, we had 3-4 agent referrals through friends and family, but none of the relationships worked out. When Ralph called me, I decided to meet with him because it did not seem like his primary goal was to pressure us into buying a property with him. Ralph was extremely informed about the properties and truthful. He showed us the prices of similar properties in the area to demonstrate comparability. He answered all our questions and took the time to form a relationship with us. Not only that, but Ralph and his team are redefining the industry with their focus on client relationships and the bigger picture of what purchasing and moving means for your life and your family. Their presence and advice throughout the entire process, even for parts that are unrelated to real estate, was helpful. Frankly, I do not see why you would choose anyone other than Ralph and his team. Seriously.
